District Awareness Campaigns in Dedza - including orientation workshop of stakeholders and open day (outreach) activities - to raise awareness on the new law, "The Child Care, Protection and Justice Act (2010)."
Under the Training, Capacity Building and Networking Programme, CRIDOC believes in networking with partners and stakeholders in order to achieve our common goals and objectives. The organisation believes that there can never be meaningful development without meaningful information and skills exchange mechanism.

That is why CRIDOC facilitates workshops, seminars and training for and/or with its partners, and bring various stakeholders together to share experiences on issues affecting them and children.

CRIDOC encourages these organisations to become members of institution's Resource Centre in order for them to enjoy the benefits of affiliating through “Institutional Membership”.

From time to time, the Centre orients partners and stakeholders on how they could get involved in the process of research and documentation of issues pertaining children and young people.

Besides feeding local NGOs with information relating to child rights issues at international level on various subjects, CRIDOC also explores means of linking these “member” organisations (i.e. those affiliated to the CRIDOC Resource Centre at the Secretariat) to other like-minded organisations abroad.

So far, CRIDOC has already created a database of hundreds of such organisations at international level (most of these organisations are also featured in the “On-line Resource on Child Rights” manual).

bullet CRIDOC facilitated a series of workshops in May 2008 for the Young Advocates for the Advancement of ICT-Related Development (Y.A.A.ICT-D) on “Building Capacities within Y.A.A.ICT-D Structures/Partners to Provide Spaces for Rural Masses on National Issues.” The workshops took place in Mchinji, Kasungu and Dowa, respectively.
bullet In 2008, CRIDOC facilitated media workshops of reporting child trafficking organized under the Malawi Network Against Child Trafficking
